  1. Open up Network Connections in the Control Panel and choose the Create a new network connection button on the left hand side. Click Next.
     
  2. Choose “Connect to the Internet” and click Next.
     
  3. We are going to setup our connection manually. Choose this option and click Next.
     
  4. Choose “Connect using a dial-up modem” and click Next.
     
  5. Name your ISP, enter “CyberWire” and click Next.
     
  6. Enter the phone number: 801-305-0896 for SLC and click Next.
     
  7. Enter your username and password for this connection and click Next.
     
  8. Click “Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop”
     
  9. Click finish
